Hello, friends! How was your Thanksgiving? I hope it was an absolutely spectacular, memory making day. This was our first Thanksgiving without my mom so things just seemed sad. It was a pretty difficult day to navigate, but being surrounded by family and friends made it better. My sister and her family visited from South Dakota and my dad ended up having shoulder surgery the day before Thanksgiving (really?!). Luckily, my Aunt offered to help me watch kiddos and friends helped us prepare the majority of our Thanksgiving meal. Overall, the day was enjoyable and the food was delicious.

On Wednesday my Aunt and I chased toddlers and played with a six month old. At the end of the day we were feeling our age. It’s funny how children will do that to you! Midday, while the babies were napping and we were preparing for round two, my Aunt mentioned that she was beginning to experience almost daily joint discomfort. She felt like the stress of her activities had begun to wear on her body and wondered if I knew of anything that might help. Our conversation made me think of one of Young Living’s newest products, Agilease. Agilease is a great choice for individuals of all ages and activity levels. It works to support bone, joint, and cartilage health. In addition, Agilease supports the bodys response to acute inflammation, promotes joint flexibility and mobility, and may help to ease discomfort related to everyday life.
