It’s that time of year, friends! We are transitioning into a new season, the kids are back in school and we are busy planning for the holidays. I love fall and all the excitement that comes with it. However, this change can also mean the occasional sniffle and discomfort. R.C. is one of my favorite fall oils. In fact, I order it monthly so I always have it on hand. You will find R.C. diffusing here all season long. R.C. Essential Oil is a powerful blend that contains Eucalyptus Globulus, Myrtle oil, Marjoram, Pine, Eucalyptus Radiata, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Lavender, Cypress, Black Spruce, and Peppermint essential oils.

Some of Young Living’s suggested uses for R.C. include:

  • Rub on your chest and back of the neck before an early-morning workout.
  • Use with V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex for a foot or back massage after your gym routine, outdoor adventure, or yoga practice.
  • Place a few drops in a hot bath or shower. The warm water will calm and soothe you, and the oil will diffuse with the steam for an invigorating and empowering experience.

After blending and pouring, let your chest rub set 2-3 hours to cool and harden. Use as needed for soothing comfort. I love to rub this on the littles chest and cover it with a warm compress. Use it on yourself too. Enjoy and have a wonderful week!
