My sister-in-law introduced me to this recipe a few years ago and I have been hooked ever since. It is super easy to throw together and you can use whatever vegetables or meats you have in the fridge or freezer. My two-year olds even love this dish!

  • 1/2 c. Baking Mix

This is the perfect recipe for trying Young Living’s new dietary line, the Vitality Oils. Instead of using ground pepper try adding two drops of Black Pepper Vitality Oil.

Bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown. Insert a toothpick in center of your quiche to ensure it’s done. You can also bake your quiche in a muffin pan and freeze them for later. Play around with different types vegetable and cheese to make the recipe yours. Enjoy!
