I ate way too much processed food on Thanksgiving and the days following. I feel like I’ve been in a haze lately and my headaches have increased. Perfect example of why I try to stay away from processed foods. I’ve been working to get back into my normal routine the last few mornings: warm water with lemon, smoothie, and a run. I accomplished all of this this morning and feel so much better. Here’s this mornings smoothie.

1/4 C. Fresh Cranberries
1/4 C. Frozen or Fresh Strawberries
1/4 C. Frozen or Fresh Pineapple
Splash of Coconut Water to achieve desired consistency
2 drops of Lemon Young Living Essential Oil ~ I Do Not promote using or ingesting any other brand of essential oils)
I added my morning NingXia Red
Blend and enjoy!
